WoW its been a while now!

So since my last blog post in August we have been very busy.  School started for the kids and myself.  Grad school is the hardest choice in life that I have ever made!  It's tough with three kids and being a caregiver to my husband.  Making sure that he is making his appointments and scheduling appointments for him.

I have started new ventures in life with school and Thirty One.  I've also been keeping busy with the kids and volunteering my time with Operation Homefront's, Hearts of Valor program.  Basically a support group for other caregivers.

I had a Thirty One FUNdraiser in Columbus so we spent some time with Aunt Tay Tay in November.

My Aunt's Retirement after 26 years on the Police Force!

And then This happened right before Thanksgiving:

Connor broke his left femur chasing kiley around the house.  I have never hear a more blood curdling scream from a child before!

Connor spent 6 VERY long weeks in a single leg spica cast from his chest to his ankle.  He then could not attend school because they claimed they could just not provide the services he needed from them.  I did take him into his class on the Friday before Christmas.  He had a blast.  I will write a blog post about his whole leg at a later date and include a ton of pictures.  He did get his cast off on January 3rd and he is walking now but does have a very significant limp.  He will most likely have to have his leg lengthened when he is older.  Here are some pictures of his cast removal.

Then we had ChiBeria hit us!  We had just over 11 inches of snow in one storm that lasted just over 2 days.  Then we had some arctic temperatures with -54 temps including the windchill.
